Two marijuana reform organizations in South Dakota are hoping to supply state legislators a compromise on the timeline for legalizing medical marijuana within the state.
Melissa Mentele is the manager director of New Approach South Dakota. She says their compromise invoice– House Bill 1100A– is a substitute for laws not too long ago introduced ahead by republican management to delay implementation of the voter authorized IM26 till no less than 2022.
